Dạo phố Thiên Tân ngắm vòng đu quay khổng lồ Tianjin Eye

Tianjin Eye là vòng đu quay khổng lồ với chiều cao 120 mét, được xây dựng trên cầu Yongle bắc qua sông Hải ở Thiên Tân, Trung Quốc.

Đây là vòng đu quay duy nhất trên thế giới được xây dựng trên một cây cầu. Được hoàn thành vào tháng 4 năm 2008, chỉ có ba vòng đu quay  trên trên thế là cao hơn Tianjin Eye bao gồm London Eye (135 mét), Star of Nanchang (160 mét) và Singapore Flyer (165 mét).

Tianjin Eye được vận hành bằng điện, có tất cả 48 cabin, mỗi cabin có thể đưa 8 du khách du ngoạn chiêm ngưỡng toàn cảnh Thiên Tân từ độ cao 120 mét trong 30 phút. Mỗi giờ vòng quay  có thể phục vụ tối đa 768 hành khách.

Tianjin Eye là một trong bốn vòng đu quay cao trên 120 mét ở Trung Quốc, những vòng đu quay  khác bao gồm Changsha Ferris Wheel (hoàn thành năm 2004), Suzhou Ferris Wheel (hoàn thành năm 2009), và Zhengzhou Ferris Wheel (hoàn thành năm 2003).

天津之眼（英語：The Tientsin Eye）是一個位於中国天津海河永乐桥(原慈海桥)的巨型摩天輪。“天津之眼”是世界上唯一建在桥上的摩天轮。高120米，其直径达到110米，相当于35层楼高，轮外将装挂48个透明座舱，每个座舱的面积将达到12平方米左右，可供8个人同时乘坐，整个摩天轮可以同时实现384人观光。摩天轮依靠电力驱动，匀速旋转一周大约需要30分钟。位于最高处时，可以看到方圆40公里以内的景致。照片由 山汽车 [ PHOTO BY SONDAUTO ] www.facebook.com/sondauto.blog

Tianjin Eye is a 120-metre (394 ft) tall giant Ferris wheel built above the Yongle Bridge (formerly Chihai Bridge), over the Hai River in Tianjin, China. It is claimed to be the only such wheel to have been constructed over a bridge.

Construction started in 2007, with completion of the main body on 18 December 2007, and the wheel opened to the public on 7 April 2008.

At the time of its completion, only the 135 m (443 ft) London Eye, 160 m (525 ft) Star of Nanchang, and 165 m (541 ft) Singapore Flyer were taller.

Tianjin Eye is one of four 120 m Ferris wheels in China, the other three being Changsha Ferris Wheel (completed 2004), Suzhou Ferris Wheel (completed 2009), and Zhengzhou Ferris Wheel (completed 2003). The only Chinese Ferris wheel with a greater height is the 160 m (525 ft) Star of Nanchang, which opened in 2006.

Tianjin Eye is electrically powered and has 48 passenger capsules, each able to carry 8 passengers, and takes 30 minutes to complete a rotation, giving a maximum capacity of 768 passengers per hour.
